Processing, Delivery and Returns
- It may take up to 15 working days/3 weeks to process your wig order.
- Working days exclude weekends and Public Holidays.
- Once purchase is made an email with a order number is sent.
- Please note that there might be delays with deliveries due to the COVID-19 Lockdown nationally and across the world.
Ubuhle Handmade will send your parcel through Aramex, Fedex or DHL courier services and parcels will be delivered to your door.
Delivery may take 1 - 5 working days to get to you depending on the area you reside in South Africa. Once your parcel has been sent, a confirmation and tracking information will be available via email or WhatsApp and it is then the responsibility of the customer to track it with the courier company specified.

Should you want to return the product you can do so for a full refund; provided
- you haven't used it,
- the lace has not been cut and
- it is still in its original packaging.
Should you have an issue with the wig after you have worn or cut the lace, we will gladly fix the issue for you, at no extra cost, provided it is within the first 30 day of receipt.
Should you wish to cancel your order once it has been processed as an EFT or card payment, a 4% EFT and card payment fee will be levied against your refund.
Should there be an issue with the wig; the client should inform Ubuhle Handmade within 30 days of purchase. Any other issues raised thereafter could be regarded as wear and tear.
We do not offer refunds and exchanges on SAMPLE SALE items. Everything else we are happy to exchange(original price and normal sale items).
Items can be exchanged once, if you are still not satisfied a voucher will be issued for future use.

Ubuhle Handmade will accept returns within 30 days of purchase; provided you have not used it, the lace has not been cut and it is still in its original packaging. A service fee will apply should you wish to cancel your order after payment has been made. Please ensure that you order the correct item as there is no refund for delivery costs.
