Q: How long does the wig construction last?

With good care, the wig construction can last up to 2 years before the wig would require readjustment.

Q: What kind of cap will the wigs be made with?

All wigs with be made with professional wig caps that come with adjustable straps. Wig combs will be included, upon request.

Lace Frontal wigs are made with a dome cap for comfort and security.

Q: Do you sew or glue the tracks?

Wefts are hand sewn onto wig cap and can be easily undone should you want to install the wefts at a later stage.

Q: Are the wigs ready-made?

All wigs are made to order for each customer.

Q: Will you return remaining hair should there be any left?

All leftovers will be sent back to you if you have provided your own hair.

Q: Do you cut the wefts?

Yes, where necessary.

Q: Can the wigs be put in a ponytail?

Yes, for wigs with lace frontals and dependent on how it is installed.

Q: What is the density of your wigs?

The wigs are medium density. 2 bundles and a lace closure for short wigs and 3 bundles and a closure for long wigs.

Q: How long does it take to make the wigs?

10 working days/2 weeks. Working days excludes Weekends and Public Holidays.
